Canteen: One of the busiest spots on campus is the college canteen. The canteen has a flavorful cuisine, of course, and that is also where students create some of their fondest college memories. Two canteens serving a wide variety of food are located at the main entrance and the back entrance of the BIT campus. Both canteens are kept up and sanitary.
Bank: There is an ATM and a branch of Canara Bank on campus. It is located on the main building's first floor. By meeting the bank's standard requirements, students can open an account with ease. The bank's operating hours are 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., Monday through Saturday, excluding the second and fourth Saturdays, general holidays, and bank holidays.

Under the guidance of Mr. Lingaiah, who was BIT's sports officer at the time, the Department of Physical Education & Sports was founded in 1981 and affiliated with Bangalore University. From 1988 to 2021, Mr. K. T. Dasegowda was the director of physical education. The Assistant Directors of Physical Education at the moment are Mrs. Ranjitha B. and Mr. Manu M. On campus, the BIT Department of Physical Education & Sports has a significant impact on the lives of both employees and students.
